Fox in the HenHouse Sparkling Shiraz has a deep burgundy color with crimson hue. On the nose, you will feel the aromas of fresh black current preserves, dark strawberry and blackberry jam surrounded by underlying hints of butterscotch, menthol, and spice. On the palate, it is lively, refreshing, and medium-bodied. Flavors of sweet berry fruits, ripe plums, and cassis linger on the palate. You will also notice hints of chocolate, molasses, caraway seed, and fennel. On the finish, fine bubbles lift the fruit and spice characters and make the finish attractive and long-lingering.

- Flavabom, Vine Dried Shiraz
Flavabom Vine Dried Shiraz is dark inky red in color with a magenta hue. On the nose, lingers ripe blackberries and molasses with a hint of vegemite. You will also feel the notes of baked Christmas pudding with cinnamon spice. The palate is plush and well-rounded. Rich dried fruit flavors let out warm feel with hints of sweet strap licorice.

2017 Serafino Black Label Shiraz has a brilliant garnet color with a purple hue. It is a premium McLaren Vale Shiraz with distinct mocha and blueberry aromas enhanced with vanilla and cedar oak. The palate is a reflection of McLaren Vale regional characters. Bright red fruits including blackberry, blueberry, mint, swiss dark chocolate and violets intertwine with spicy fine-grained tannins. The French and American oak integrates seamlessly with dark berry fruits, making the wine full-flavored with layers of texture and flavor.
